A roof top experience

Today we relocated from San Juan Del Sur to León.

We thankfully had two busses so there was much more space and we did not feel like we were cramped for the ride.

Quinto was excited to see the countryside! He said, it reminded him a bit of home, hot and dry!

The trip offered a number of vista views, not all turned out in pictures , isn’t that always the case.

We arrived at the Hotel, and quickly(ish) checked in. It was definitely an upgrade from the last.

A short siesta, and we headed over to the Cathedral. A UNESCO world heritage site.

The tour included a roof top experience. which Rick decided to take a pass on! I don’t blame him.. check out the stairs!

We then joined for the mass, which was a bit challenging to follow, as it was all in Spanish. I did manage to use the translation app to get the drift of the sermon. The Mass included a holy hike around the cathedral, out of respect, we did not take pictures during the Mass

After the mass our choir performed three songs for the postlude.
