Well, we left Mildura and headed to Wagga Wagga… 😂. Sorry, I laugh every time I say that.
There is absolutely NOTHING between these two cities….. unless you count Hay.. population 2979.

The roads are not the best…
We arrived around 4 pm, found our Airbnb, hit the grocery store, and tucked in for the evening, in our renovated Billiard hall
This morning we headed out to the RAAF museum in Forest hill… but first we had to drive through the suburb of…

The native language does not have plural, so if something is twice it means many… so Wagga means crow, so many crows… I guess this is many Gum trees?!
We arrived at the museum and admired the external displays then headed in to enjoy the AC and the inside displays.

Ok, the only picture I took inside was the Lego people in the military transport plane… it made me giggle giggle.
From there we headed over to the Botanical Gardens, where they have a free Zoo!
It’s small, but given that the temp was 33 by the time we finished we were glad it was small. The temp went up to 37 today.

They also had a Avery, but I did not take too many pictures of the birds, as I did not want to traumatize Shelley Ann 😂😂🦜🦜

We then headed to the CBD, and had lunch at a little bar, the Birdy Bar 😂😂 we hung out in the beer garden when they had misters and fans… and even then… it was HOT!

They have a little campaign right now in Wagga Wagga 😂😂 they are trying to make themselves a tourist destination…
So… visit Wagga Wagga! Check out Gumly Gumly… Fun to say, fun to visit! it’s just Double double!
